"Bad Apple in South Jordan is terrific. I called and talked to Dan about a self diagnosed charging issue with my IPhone. He told me what my diagnosis would cost and he could fix it. His price was $140.00 cheaper than anyone else. However, he didn’t agree with my diagnosis and told me to come in and he would fix it. Turns out he was right. All it needed was the charging port cleaned. He cleaned my whole phone and checked it over , all for free!!! His honesty and integrity is why I will always go to Bad Apple for all of my electronic needs. Thank you Dan."

I was promised a phone call by end of day to diagnose the problem with my IPAD. Not only did I get the phone call, Sophie told me it was already fixed and ready for pickup! Now that's service! "This place is awesome! My phone got wet on a trip and I was wanting to salvage the photos. We went to two Apple stores and received zero help, they all said the memories were gone. They didn’t even look at the phone and were really dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about us. Everything was the opposite here. Dan was super helpful and thorough. He went over options and made sure we had everything they needed to take care of it. Sophie was the only tech working but did a great job recovering all of the data. Apple told us it was lost, but here they actually listened and saved the day. I have always gone to Apple for issues, but it is clear that here they not only care more about their service, but know more than the Apple “Genius” Bar. Even though they were short staffed, they gave us amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair prices too!"
