"Worst workmanship ever. I have a system that is installed by this company and there is multiple issues. The coil drain is not done properly, ducting is extremely undersized and not allowing proper air flow we are constantly freezing up. The returns are laughable due to the way they were installed. Don’t walk away from this company run! My house is a year old I should not be having these type of issues. When I call other companies to fix this screwed up system all they can do is laugh due to poor workmanship."

"We had Lucas install a new furnace and two split units in our home. He was very professional and courteous. We felt comfortable with him in our home every time he came. He even made additional trips to make sure the units were working well. We have 3600 sq feet and with temps reaching 95+ degrees, the system he installed has maintained a nice 71 degrees in our home. We could not be more pleased with the service and the product. The price was also lower than what we had been quoted from other companies. We highly recommend this company!"

"After calling various HVAC companies, I decided to choose this one based on the fact that Mr. Marcelo was very courteous and on time for the initial BID. Plus it seemed like he understood perfectly what we wanted. We had recently purchased a home that is a tri level and had a cooler with no duct work for the lower level. He got done in about a week's time. Upon completion the first thing I noticed was that the pipe from the furnace was no aligned with the pipe that went up, I told him about it and he said that it was not a problem. As I walked in the home the vents had a strong cold air coming out and felt nice. Ok, i thought everything was perfect so I paid him. Come to find out when my husband came home, the upper level of the home has very LITTLE air coming out, there fore it wont get cold or now that it is cold outside, it wont get hot! he goes into the attic only to find out that the system is leaking air from ALL the joints since they were NOT properly sealed. What is worse is that the issue I brought up when I first walked in... it IS a HUGE issue, that is a way for CARBON MONOXIDE to escape! he exposed my family to carbon monoxide and he knew it and yet happily took my money. PLEASE DO NOT USE this company, not worth it, I refuse to have them come back and do something about their crappy job, I Would rather hire someone else to fix his mistakes."

"Being a woman I obviously did not know much about what a/c systems-except for the fact that mine was not working!... I spoke to Lucas-did my research and DID call other companies. Total service ended up giving me the best estimate at least 300$ cheaper than the bigger companies. Smaller companies is the way to go! their prices are significantly cheaper, they get you scheduled in asap, and make you feel at ease while in your home!"

"Just had them replace my furnace, could only be more pleased if I had called them last year when the rebates were higher. I called at least 3 other companies and most wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone, but wanted me to take time off of work so that they could come check it out and then quote. These guys quoted over the phone and the final costs were just what they promised. When I told the other places the price I had from these guys they all but hung up on me. Those that did quote were at least 40% higher. I ended up getting a 95% cheaper than the other places' 80%. The equipment is not top of the line, but is a respectable brand (Goodman) with warranties as good or better than any of the other places I checked. Would recommend this to anyone. Saved me $1000-2000! Furnace is very quiet, very efficient. Small family-owned business, but they did great work and got in scheduled in a reasonable time."
