One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning

"I had a great experience with One Stop... so much so that I am taking the time to leave a review months after their service. My furnace went out at the beginning of January, and they were able to send someone out the same day. He did a thorough inspection, diagnosed the problem, and pointed out other areas of concern, before presenting me with a few repair/service options. After sharing my long term plan to replace my furnace in a few years, he gave honest advice on the best way to proceed (and didn't just push for me to go with the most expensive option). After deciding upon which option to move forward with, he immediately began the work and was done within an hour. I will definitely be using One Stop for all of my future heating/cooling servicing."

"We had a great experience. This team was excellent. The installation team was also excellent. They were very polite and professional. They had the entire system setup in 1 day. They walked my wife through the thermostat and things there. The only caveat is, I had to update the thermostat software in order to get it to connect to the cloud. It wasn't a big deal, it was the only thing that wasn't done flawless. I couldn't have been happier with the decision to use this team and company."

"I originally posted a quite unhappy review. The only remaining part of that which is true is that the original tech wasn't carrying the waiver they promised me when they found problems and didn't return it in a timely manner. These guys went above and beyond to fix the situation after I voiced my frustrations. They refunded my original payment and sent their manager out to review the techs findings. Turns out the other 2 companies didn't actually look at what I said the problem was. He showed me on the camera where the cracks are and one of them is absolutely condemnable for the unit. Back to the warranty company I go and I know where I'd prefer to go to have it done."

"These guys are all about communication, quality and great service. Vaughn came out to inspect our old furnace and air conditioner that we knew was barely working. The furnace was 25 years old. He was very knowledgeable and showed us photos of the cracks in our furnace. We didn't know it was that bad. Then he got into the coil of the air conditioner and it was all rusted and leaking. We were in bad shape but Vaughn came to the rescue and the very next day had his team here installing a whole new air conditioner and furnace system and added a couple new intake vents. We now have air like we have never experienced before."
