"A while back, my phone wasn't charging at all, so I stopped in and asked if they could assist me with my issue. An employee named Moses took my phone back and brought it out, able to charge again within minutes. He informed me there was some stuff clogging the charging end of my phone. I wanted him to charge me, but he said it's fine. From the service I received on that day, if I were to have any issues with my phone, I'd be sure to stop by. Things like that keep a customer base and build trust."
"Woke up this morning to a broken screen on my Pixel 6. LCD went bad and my screen was completely unresponsive. Came here to have a new one installed and the service was great. Jacob was great! Very friendly and helped me confirm it was the LCD and not a more serious issue like water damage. Toby then did a great job with the repair and I had my phone back and in perfect order 2 hours later for a very reasonable price. Will certainly be back next time I accidentally break something"
"Excellent service here! My wife and I had to get an iPhone repaired and they were able to give me a quote. Jackson was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to know what our options were. Then a few months later, I had to get my phone (Google Pixel) repaired, and he was just as knowledgeable with that. Turns out my phone was economically sensible to repair, but Jackson was very clear and helpful to understand that.
