"Sears Home warranty uses them. My appointment was between 1-5. The Tech never called or texted to keep me informed on his progress. I called your number and low and behold it was ALWAYS busy. From your reviews it's hard to believe that your THAT busy. What is going on? I would have given ZERO,"

"This company was assigned through the home warranty. Dishwasher kept tripping the breaker 20 minutes into the cycle. Repairman never tested it, only said it needed a new jet pump. Jet pump was installed a week later. However, the problem persisted. Two weeks after installation, the jet pump had sagged off its support bracket causing a leak and damaging my basement ceiling. I then had to call my warranty service back who decided to send out the same person who didn’t know what he was doing. He ran the test cycle for 2 minutes and said the dishwasher was fine even though it keeps tripping the breaker. Not sure how that’s possible since it trips the breaker on 3 separate outlets connected to different breakers. However, because he did not know what he was doing, my warranty provider made me hire an electrician just to confirm there was not an electrical issue with the house. I called the electrician who confirmed there is no electrical issue with the house and that dishwasher is the problem. So now I’m having to work with the warranty provider to hopefully send a different company out that’s competent. If this company is assigned to you, demand a different company. On the positive side, the company was on time and easy to reach"

"I had Total Appliance Service Inc. Assigned though my home warranty for my water heater. I had read these reviews and was a bit nervous to have them at my home. The initial diagnosis took a little longer than I had hoped for. I called the office and the girl explained she wanted a properly qualified tech to come and that was the soonest day. I accepted. They arrived on time as scheduled. The tech Jason, put booties on the make sure as to not track anything on my floors. He did his diagnosis and discovered a leak, advising I needed a new water heater. This was a Friday late afternoon. He explained he needed to get authorization from the warranty company be reassured me they had the water heater in stock and would be able to replace it the following week. That Monday the warranty company advised me of the portion of out of pocket expenses that would be expected. I questioned some so I called Total Appliance Services. The individuals that could provide me answers were in a meeting but I was promised a call back before the end of the day. Less than an hour later the OWNER called and we when over all the expenses and made adjustments as needed. The next day they showed up and replaced my water heater. He was about 30 minutes outside of his time framed but did call and provide clear expectations."

"If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I have a broke dryer and dishwasher. My Home Warranty company sent them and they had a 14 year old show up, he had no clue what he was doing and kept calling the main office for answers. He kept telling me my appliances work even though they clearly do not. He went ahead and filed a report with the warranty and they called me saying the technician reported everything is working. Beyond absurdity. A complete waste of my time and I’m going to switch warranty companies. Save yourself some time and cancel if this company reaches out!"

"I'd give them zero stars if I could. These guys are scammers and lie right way too much, and never show up on time. They can't to my house twice and late by 3 hours both times. They tell you one thing to your face and something completely different to the warranty company. The warranty company declined my repair. They don't care about the customer at all, all they want to do is make profit for the warranty company. If the warranty company sends these guys to your house, I'd recommend changing to a different repairman. I wouldn't even let them near my house. I definitely wouldn't call them directly either. Worst Service Ever and the worst repair company in Utah."
