"I ran a load for them back in November of water from Dallas to South Carolina I used a factoring company to invoice this invoice I also paid out of pocket for lumper fee and now three weeks my factoring company charge back this invoice due to company closed it doors now I'm out to close of 2000 dollars for there lack of business shame on them"
"We were working as a freight broker in leeway global, suddenly we received an email from leeway corporate, after 30 days the leeway wants to back the agent program, then after 2 days they suddenly Closed its operation. Due to which all our pending shipments, commissions and customers are stuck. Email and credentials are blocked, we were don't expect this from the company, now they are not picking up our calls, it seems, they have cheated us, very sad."
"Booked a Load With Phillip Viveros. But he is so irresponsible and unprofessional from 100 calls he litterly responds only 1 and that is also 4 5 hours. He is using my Carrier trailer and has been 10 days and he doesn't know when he will give us back our trailer. Totally unprofessional, irresponsible and non ethical behavior."
"Just delivered a load for Anhye Sarmiento and were claimed $960 for damaged product. The receiver went through every box and at the end put the damaged ones on a pallet and put it back on the trailer. Then the broker says they are putting a claim because the boxes were shifted and that was not the way the shipper loaded the pallet. The driver never had any contact with the pallet. Their rate confirmation is REALLY shady - Fines for everything, no detention and of course a claim in 5 minutes after delivering."
"I had a problem on a load booked with Anhye Ordoñez, initially I left a bad review being upset about the situation. After a month passed by, I forgot about this situation and I got a call regarding the review that I left. I was surprised that someone really read my review and took time to ask what happened and in a very nice manner solve the whole problem. I wanna say that the problem has been solved better than I was expecting and talking with Dave Robbins was a pleasure. He left me with the impression that there's still nice people in this industry! I'd totally recommend to get in touch with them anytime you have a problem, for me it worked way better than I was expecting. Thanks Dave and Annmarie !"
