"I have never used SST, but yesterday (12/27/23) I was impressed by an SST driver. I saw an elderly man apparently lose some rather large pieces of wood out of the back of his pickup truck, in the middle of an intersection in Saint George. It was slowing traffic, but vehicles were just driving over and around the obstacles. The SST driver stopped his truck and assisted the man in not only clearing the obstacles from traffic, but also reloading the truck they came from. It made my day!"

"Always extensive delays in delivery. I understand that they are having staff issues, but it has been years with no change or better performance. And then my recent cabinet order was unloaded in the street. Literally, on the asphalt in the road of a residential street. Delivery was set for driver signature and a call ahead. None of that happened. It's a construction site so delivery sat in the road for 2 days. No call, no notification, no signature. And as to the damage to the order, we are being told it will take months to see replacement or refund. FedEx and UPS both deliver to Moab. Personally I would request they deliver if SST is your only other option."
