"If i could rate this experience a zero I would, from the very beginning my husband asked them to label each tracker under the truck or trailer it was installed on . Which they never did, we requested an additional tracker which they mailed out to us and said someone would come by to install & ALSO CORRECT THE APP AND LABEL THE TRACKERS PROPERLY , in which no one ever did . After numerous attempts of trying to find out when someone would come by to label and install our additional tracker , I had reached out yet TO BE TOLD I OWE THEM FOR ALL TRACKERS EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT EVEN INSTALLED , NOT ACTIVE. BUT HAD NO ISSUE DEMANDING THEIR BILL TO BE PAID . The owner himself reached out to my husband and made arrangements , YET AGAIN NOTHING. So in which, we said we'd like to cancel and please send over our FINAL BILL ( even though we'd be paying for pretty much a headache, considering no service was provided, horrible customer service and not to mention blaming my husband claiming "he didn't answer the phone". Then they proceed to charge a $200.00 cancellation fee on top of charging me for trackers that weren't even installed ! NOW I GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME THEY ARE GONNA SEND US TO COLLECTIONS IF WE DO NOT PAY THEM WHAT WE OWE . WE OWE WHAT WAS ACTUALLY PROVIDED , so please do . I hope you do not treat your other clients in this manner, quite appaling. BEWARE !"

"We had this system for a couple of months, and the customer service Jake gave me helped me feel great about this company. We have two tracking systems and we pay a lot more money for the competitors system. GS TRACKME is committed to updating the system and I hope in 3-4 months this system will be better in this one aspect. I am overall very happy with everything they have done for me!!!"

"Used their service for about 8 months. Realized it was something I didn’t need because the features were sub par and having the locations of my employees already, I found it was pointless. When they removed their software off my truck, the technician spliced the wrong wire and my truck no longer would turn on. An hour before this I had just picked this work truck up after 3 weeks of a new engine being installed. Because of that, my thought process was it was the new engine install and there was a wiring issue. It wasn’t until after the tow and the mechanic looked at it that we realized the problem was from the GPS being taken out. Jake said it was basically my fault for not letting them know. I feel like it’s their fault for not letting me know this could happen or be an issue and for not turning the vehicle on to test it after taking the GPS out."

"We've had GPS units in our work vehicles for years and these are the most reliable and accurate. The software is also great and works very well on the web and app. The customer service from GS Trackme is amazing and we could not be happier."
