"1- When booking, I called to make a reservation, going Las Vegas to St. George. I specifically asked if the shuttle in SG dropped off at the SG airport and was told no, but at the business location in town. When I got to SG, imagine my surprise when I found out they offer a different shuttle from the business location to the air port, but that shuttle was already filled. There was no mention to me on my reservation call that there was a 2nd separate option from SG business address to SG airport. 2- None of the passengers were able to connect to the shuttle's supposed wi-fi. Not a big deal as I had a book and the views were worth enjoying at various points along the way. But others should know the wi-fi may not work on your shuttle if that is important to you. 3- There were no USB ports for charging electronics on my van. 4- The driver called my cell to confirm I was on the bus and didn't leave without me. This was good, but I'm confused why he didn't stand by the door to check riders as they entered the bus, or "take roll call" in the van before leaving. I was told they would check my ID at the van, and no one did. Not a big deal to me, but the drivers milled around outside with no particular instructions to passenger's milling around. The ride was comfortable enough with temperature, etc."
