Welcome to the Blackburn Boarding House for Witches, Ghouls, & Monsters located at 317 South 200 West Street in Springville, Utah, United States. Once a year, for three days in a row, our enchanting boarding house opens its doors to the public for a special event. Our protective enchantments are lifted, allowing visitors to tour the premises and meet our more outgoing supernatural boarders.
This free haunted house is a gift to the community, with no need to schedule in advance. Simply show up and head to the courtyard where the fire is blazing. Let the barkeep know you've arrived and the size of your group, and he'll add you to the queue for the tour.
Join us at the Blackburn Manor from dusk until about 10pm on October 29th, 30th, and 31st for a spooktacular experience. Don't miss this unique opportunity to mingle with witches, ghouls, and monsters in a safe and welcoming environment. We can't wait to welcome you to our magical boarding house!

Super for my grandson and his friends when they went for a class! and again on Halloween !! Now they have a gift shop! So many cool and interesting items! "Benji is the host to this marvelous place, and we had a blast! If you've never been, this is a must see for all things regarding wizardry, witchcraft, etc. Harry Potter fans will not be disappointed. I'll have to take some photos next time I go, but needless to say, this place is awesome, and we had a blast!"
