"Border States is one of the only companies that refuses a small delivery because your receiving closes at Noon. I understand full Long Boxes that need appointments. When you have people at your warehouse working and doing “Shipping” (just sitting there) then at least maybe accept small LTL Deliveries. Besides this Management Rule! The Staff here seem pretty nice and embarrassed by the rule."

"Unlock Achievement "First Reviewer". I went in for a few items that are not typically available at the standard home improvement stores. Namely a 100amp breaker and some other items related to the aforementioned breaker. The guys were really nice and very knowledgeable. I had to do a scratch drawing of what I was needing to do not to mention my ability to explain the situation was haphazard at best. They understood what I was trying to explain and got me the right parts for the job. Thanks for a good experience!"
