"I was skeptical about buying it at first and doubted that I’ll be able to do it myself. Did some research and realized that we wanted to maximize our yard privacy. I bought the solitube and had great experience with it. I removed the old wooden slats I had and painted it first. For the most part, the tubes slides in smoothly. I only had to use force on the very end of the chainlink. My gate didn’t need the viper included because it was already holding well. Happy with the outcome and recommend it. You can DIY!! 5/5 customer service as well for replacing my stolen order."
"Great product, great process. I initially purchased ridged slats from them in 2017. They've held up very well (no discoloration, no breaking/snapping during our harsh MN winters). I recently needed to add about 40 more feet of slats to our fence thanks to a new dog who thinks cars are Prime Rib on wheels. My orders shipped very quickly and the entire order process was seamless. The product is an exact match to what I ordered from them in 2017, which is also great. I'm just really glad that companies like this still exist. Quality products with a quality process are a dying breed!"
