Fence Specialist

"I responded to an ad by The Fence Specialist and they sent a salesman over who measured and bid on the job. He said they could come in about two weeks to start and complete the job. I told him I would need to talk to my husband and would get back with him. That same evening I called and left a message that we would like to hire them and we were excited that they could complete the job in 2 weeks. It took two weeks for the salesman to get back to me. I wasn't available when he called but called back within the hour and he wasn't available. I decided to not leave another message when he didn't answer. Instead I contacted the main office to explain that the salesman didn't get back to me for 2 weeks when he said the job could be done in two weeks. The woman that answered became angry and defensive. Never heard back from them again."

"I am SO happy with our new fence! The job was completed quickly with no problems, and the salesman, Hunter, was very straightforward with the bid. Anytime I called the office they were knowledgeable about my questions and they were always quick to respond to any texts. I definitely am happy with the customer service. The fence looks amazing and now my dogs can run around freely!!! Thank you!!!"

"Let me start by saying The Fence Specialists went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and seriously have some of the absolute BEST customer service we've experienced with any contractors here in UT. Hunter was amazing, gave us loads of suggestions and options for fencing, was insanely descriptive and helpful, and even offered to help settle a dispute between us and our disgruntled neighbors over the fence we had installed. Michelle: also a complete rock star. She was SO patient with us, incredibly kind, and so empathetic to our struggles, issues with our old fence, and the massive encroaching vine that came with it, and our snooty neighbors. The installer Ramiro, and his team also did a wonderful job. They were also incredibly patient with us as we worked out last minute issues with our neighbors and even helped us place the fence around a tree we though would be an issue without having to damage any of the trees roots at all. Not only that, but they worked FAST. Post installation took a couple of hours, and two days later our fence was up within 1 hour. They also cleaned up any debris and were so polite. Our situation wasn't exactly easy, and ended up coming with loads of baggage from our neighbors the day of install, but we all managed to get through it together, and we honestly could not be happier with the fence and the service. We HIGHLY recommend The Fence Specialists and their team of excellent people. They executed this in the best way possible, and we truly couldn't be happier!! We will definitely be using them in the future from this point forward for any of our fencing needs!"

"Contacted Fence Specialist to get a gate and a small fence portion installed at our home. Appointment was set up quickly and got our estimate and prepaid for the job. 4-5 weeks later the contracted builder came and went without any notice. Once I inspected the work, I was highly disappointed. There are nails and screws placed sporadically and half of them are still sticking out the back. The latch is tiny and only on one side of the gate. There is a large gap in the gate and the wood is splintered in several places. This is not the work of a “fence specialist.” I have contacted the business SEVERAL times and the salesman, the manager, nor the owner will get back to me. The best thing about this business is the receptionist who has been the most responsive. I would not recommend this company as they do not care about their customers or the work that is put out by their contractors."

"The fence turned out great and was done very quickly! My only complaint is that there were 2 things that were told to me when I was getting my estimate originally, that when they went to install the fence, weren't going to happen. I'm thinking it's because the guy that did the estimate, was a newer employee. That being said, they ended up getting everything resolved, so overall it was a pretty good experience!"
