"Burton Lumber installed the garage door on our home when it was built. The door lasted 2 years before the springs broke. I called them and left messages for 2 different people. No one would call me back. I had to get another company to come fix my garage door. I was shown pictures of how the motor is grinding down as well and leaving metal shavings around the gears. It will need to be replaced soon. In other words a very cheap product was installed on an expensive house."
"Poor in person customer service. Poor Phone service. Phone system won't allow you to speak to a human. We went during it's posted business hours on Black Friday and it was closed. No sign on the door nothing on the website. In fact, the phone system says that are open until 5 but they close at 4. No effort to communicate or try to help a customer. Probably only concerned if you are a big builder. Residential buyers don't expect to be treated well."
"Burton Lumber is, by far, the greatest building material supplier in Utah! All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Diablo is the best forklift driver this side of the Mississippi! He's always very friendly and helpful. Great business, would highly recommend."
