Nate Roundy introduced himself and asked us what items were looking for? We were prepared with brands and items numbers. Nate was personable, professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with understandable explanations. We appreciated his attention to detail. He treated my husband and I with respect as your customers. It has been a long time since we have had experienced this type of excellent customer service. We commend you for having such excellent representation from your sales person Nate. Nate put together our invoice and we are happy with the items we will be purchasing. "I originally found Chariot because they carried a vanity I had my eye on, and ended up buying our vanity, toilet and bathroom fixtures all from them because they had a great selection, great prices, and were incredibly helpful in the ordering stage (I am not a contractor - just a regular person). Everyone there is so nice, the delivery folks are great, and unlike Home Depot if you have a question you can call and talk to a real local person. 5 stars! 10/10! Would recommend!"
"Had some issues due to some mixups between sink pickup/fabrication and install and Josh Aird and Shawntrese ? Saved the day! They were able to quickly get me what I needed, handled some warranty issues and keep my installers on time at my house. Josh knows the details and recommended some nice upgrades we hadn’t considered. Couldn’t be more pleased. They are honest, professional and made me feel like my issues were priority and they would do what was needed. Customer service like this is rare …. I would give them 10 stars on a review if I could.
