"Staff is friendly when not super busy , and always willing to help you locate the smallest and most rare type of hardware, I had to browse the entire store , to see all the other items they carry , good prices on most items, if it is specialized hardware good chance they have , its not open on weekends so plan your projects accordingly :) Pro Tip: have your phone handy and take pics of the item #’s you are purchasing and check out at the register will be fast :)"
"This is the place to go to find the bits and pieces that you just can't find anywhere else, other than maybe online. The prices are a tad on the high side but then again what's your time worth? Either make it your first stop or your last. Good coverage of both domestic and metric sizes. Just go in and wander around some and be amazed that this resource is in Salt Lake."
