"I've used this roofing company a few times to buy roofing material but this last time I was not impressed at all. Customer service went out the window. The person trying to assist me couldn't put down his food while taking an in-person order. Rule of thumb, don't eat in front of customers when you're trying to assist them. Shouldn't have to tell somebody that but apparently you do. I get it if a customer walks in and you're taking a bite but finish the bite you have then put the food down and politely take care of your customer's needs."
