"Horrible experience. Lady was on her phone while supposedly helping me. If I could give a 0 I would. Napa is usually great but this employee was horrible."

"Very good store nothing wrong with that part. There's just this one employee there named karleigh that has very poor customer service. She don't greet customers or look any at anyone in the eye when speaking, pays to much attention to her phone. Has a very rude attitude when you're looking for a certain part and she says they don't have it do to online saying that they do have it then ships you to different location. Very rude if you tell me. Very poor hygiene. You walk up to her and you don't even want to talk because it's so bad. Aren't you suppose to have good hygiene and smell good being around customers. Other then all that this location is the best store I've been to when it comes to parts that wants to help you."

"These guys are ALWAYS SO GOOD to take care of what I need and they'll replace headlight bulbs, wipers, etc! SUPER NICE guys that REALLY KNOW what they're doing. I've been to other places and their guys aren't knowledgeable about cars enough to replace things...Auto Zone guys are! Thanks guys!"

"Terrible customer service, rude employees, making me take heavy things out by myself and things were rolling forward in the cart they gave me to take my stuff and my stuff my stuff had dropped on the wet ground and they didn’t offer to help me or tell me to have a nice day or anything, they told me parts were X amount of dollars in and come to find out it cost way more and the person in the store gave me an attitude telling me they said for two of them when I didn’t hear them say that. And then another employee got told something about making a mess on the floor by the manager even though he was teasing in a playful manner, she proceeded to tell him it was not her. It was the customer that just walked in which I was the only customer at the time. I don’t recommend."
