"Originally from Utah, now reside in Florida. We had a death in the family. Wouldn't you know it the fan of our 2006 Dodge Ram stops working and it's less than 32 degrees out. Can't have the windows frosting up! Start calling around and it wasn't looking good. I remember that I saw a Big O while on the main road. Call them up, they can help. Got there in a flash and they got me right in. They knew the issue right away. They kept me updated, showed me the faulty parts, and got me out on the road a little over an hour and minutes before closing!!! Everything worked out and still continues to work perfectly!!! We are grateful for the staff that works here for helping us out during a tough time. My only request is to have Big O open up in Ocala, FL!!! We could use better service than what we have."

Danny was very helpful in getting me in as soon as he could and as quickly as he could. He was helpful in helping me decipher what the size of tires numbers all mean which before was like greek to me. Width/,Height/Rim Size. "I went in wanting new wheels and tires that same day and spoke with the store manager Ramiro Trujillo. He showed me the different wheels and options they had, I told him my favorites and he told me he would call the warehouse! Luckily they had the ones I wanted, called me within an hour to come back and had them put on in a great time! The team did an amazing job and great work and Ramiro did great at making sure I got them done that day because I had an event I needed my truck for and wanted it to look all pretty and nice! Highly recommend these guys!"
