"These guys are great! Dropped the car off at 8am to have my front struts & upper mounts replaced. Got a text 12:45 that the car was ready to go. Total price was actually under the quote. "Had good experiences here in the past. Unfortunately I took my car here for some work and my car was only there for 3 hours until they text me that the work was done. The problem is that time included diagnosis, waiting to obtain parts from a vendor and installation, but they charged me 6 hours of labor. They hide their labor hours on the itemized receipt so customers don't catch it. The lady taking payment seemed very bothered I asked for an itemized receipt before paying and couldn't give me an explanation of why I was overcharged for labor. Get your itemized receipt from this place because they are overcharging you. I would find it much more acceptable to charge more for their labor hours cause they do seem to be very efficient. However, overcharging is bad business. You will have to schedule an appointment a couple weeks out here, but they do get the work done fast when they get you in."
