"My car had a tire issue come up a few weeks prior which had caused my alignment to go. I made an appointment with Les Schwab in Tooele and requested that along with my alignment, they include their free services (break check, shock and suspension safety check, air check, pre safety check, battery and charging system check) just to make sure there wasn't anything else that could be needing work. They finished my alignment and stated that the only thing I needed to keep an eye out for was my back breaks. A few days go by and my alignment goes out again, I think it odd obviously because not much time had passed, but with their 30 day warranty i just brought it back in to be realigned. It was during this realignment that they informed me my tie rods in the front tires were shot and it should have been caught during the suspension check. It's just a situation where had it been caught when it was supposed to, I could have replaced the parts needed and had my realignment done within the 30 days to make the money spent on it worth it, but now I'm out the money on that alignment, needing to fix the parts, and once again pay to get an alignment done on my car (went out again that same day). The manager seemed apologetic enough that his employees didn't catch it, but I still feel like I wasted $140 because someone hadn't done their job properly."

"Friendly staff. Do good work. Good prices. But I would recommend always making an appointment. Called said hour to hour and fifteen for a rotation. Ended up Over two plus hours for a basic rotation. Found this trend other times I’ve come here. Always longer than expected. That’s why four stars."
