"I went to this place and they had some of the greatest sneakers I have ever seen. There was only one employee working there at the time I went, but he was super nice and super friendly. Overall one of the best sneaker stores in Utah"

"Here's the thing: I don't hate people getting money however they can- capitalism gonna capitalism. What's insane is the prices at these two stores is far over market value, and that's even considering shipping costs from online retailers. The staff could not be more disinterested in helping customers out as they let you walk around without saying a word. Lastly their variety is awful. If you don't like Jordan 1s, 3s, 4s, or a small helping of other hyped shoes they have nothing else. All considered there's no reason to buy from these two stores, just get it from online retailers."

"So I dropped $643.50 on two pairs of shoes for my twin boys yesterday. I was not helped or greeted when entering the store, I choose a shoe in two sizes for my boys and went home happy to have a birthday gift for them. This morning when I went to wrap the shoes I noticed that one of the pairs I bought was a womens size shoe and were now the incorrect size for him. I went down to the store to see what they could do to help, all I really wanted was to exchange the size for a bigger one. No no and no again is all I got. Dude tried to say that he told me about their return policy yesterday…..straight tried to lie. When I tried to say that it was an honest mistake because they have all their women’s and men’s shoes mixed together and I was unaware, all he told me that he could do was buy the shoe back at a lower price……so basically I’d be out a lot of money. The shoes themselves are selling online for $100 cheaper but I was willing to pay the money since I needed a pair in a quickness. To have spent over $640 in their store and not to be able to at least exchange the shoe is horrible enough, but to try and make even more money off me by saying they can buy them back from me at a lower price then sell them again for the same price is discussing. I guess I will be sitting on these for a year just to sell them my self to make the $320 back."
