During an extremely stressful (mentally and physically) 2020 Bodybuilding Competition prep in the middle of the Covid pandemic, V ensured I was always able to get worked on. Has your therapist ever made emergency gym calls?! V uses multiple techniques and treatments to help heal and maintain her clients. V always sought out new knowledge and certifications to enhance their ability to heal. During our weekly sessions V always ensured to ask about any issues or needs I had and often had new ideas or healing options/treatments to try. Thanks to V my prep went smoothly and I was able to stay mentally and physically healthy! I was able to achieve the best condition of my life and could not have done so without V!
