"I've used their Dexa Scan and VO2 Max services twice in the last two years and while I like the information I receive and feel that it is accurate and helpful, I've been amazed at how little the person running the scan actually knows about the data or the equipment and how it works. The woman who has helped me both times is the daughter of the owners I believe and has been working there for years, yet she was almost completely unable to answer any of my questions about how the scanner works, the difference between the old VO2 mask and the new one they used the second time I came in, the meaning of the data, or what good looks like for my age, etc. She had nothing to offer about how to improve or the why behind any of the information they provide. Just a little personality combined with some passion about the service offering would go a long way to driving customer loyalty and engagement. While the data is very interesting, my experience with this company has been completely "meh!""

Easy to setup appointments, reminders the day before and day of, and easy payment. Really appreciated the walkthrough of the scan results and what all then number meant. Will be doing another scan and recommend them to anyone who wants to better their fitness levels."
