We specialize in anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, couples counseling, faith transitions, and holistic treatments. Our therapists utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
We also offer Reunification Therapy for court-ordered cases, with an AFCC court approved therapist on staff. Our goal is to help clients develop new coping skills, heal from pain, and move forward towards a happier life. "Wish I could have tried them out. They told me that none of their therapists are willing or able to have a 5 minute phone consultation with me to see if it would be a good fit. When I asked why, I was told they were all too busy with clients. This was right after I was told that some of them had openings to take me on as a new client. In summary, poor business practice. Don't bother unless you don't care about who you're paired with and are willing to pay for a full session just to find out it may not be a good fit. Let me know when your therapists get up to speed with every other practice out there."
