"Scheduled, received confirmation emails and texts. Drove 2/12 hrs. Was turned away. Appt was not correctly scheduled? How is that possible when I have emails and text confirmations? And how dare you turn person away after driving this far?"

"Social workers only, couldn’t write me a prescription. So not sure why my insurance recommended this place to me. And their billing agent was less than friendly and tried to charge me for cancelled appointments, and also charged me for all my appointments all at once without telling me — so took me by surprise when I saw my bank statement that month. She was pretty argumentative, and unapologetic for the most part. Very unprofessional place and the help I got showed that too, I didn’t get any solid professional advice/tools/exercises that I’ve gotten before at other places in the past, I moved so I’m bummed I can’t go to my past psychiatrist."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and the communication afterwards. I was set up for an appointment and went in feeling good about seeking a counselor and getting help. I had a 1 hour appt and almost an ENTIRE 30 minutes the counselor talked about Herself and I felt like she was the one in counseling not me. I learned way to much about the counselor and I remember being so frustrated and wondering why I even bothered to come. I was told I shouldn’t have done certain things and was rudely judged and I was literally being reprimanded like a child. I left feeling frustrated and after speaking to multiple people about the situation they were shocked as well. I was then immediately signed up for 4 more appts without it being completely discussed. I told the counselor I was open but didn’t confirm days or times. I called the next day to cancel all appointments and without wanting to cause confrontation I paid the fee of $135 so I could just be done. Today I was charged an additional fee of $20 because they decided to go through my insurance that doesn’t cover counseling and I specifically told them I do not want to go through my insurance. This is weeks later with no contact whatsoever on their end about this charge. I had received an email from my card company letting me know and that’s how I found out. After texting back and forth because they didn’t pick up to talk over the phone they are refunding me the $20 because they had no right to charge me extra. They also had nothing to say about my experience either. I’m sure there are good counselors there as there have been 5 star reviews from years ago. But as of lately I would not recommend them or would at least have everything written and confirmed about payment before they go and charge you extra without discussing it"
