"The facility was nice but the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We went in for an ultrasound nervous about a miscarriage. Everyone seemed annoyed we were there. The lady doing the ultrasound (Cami?) was super frustrated when I, trying to be friendly and establish a relationship, asked her what her name was and she showed little effort to make the experience comfortable for my wife. They weren't very good at hiding their complete lack of concern with helping us getting our results as promptly as possible. We're very disappointed with the experience overall."

"My wife has had a couple of procedures here at the Surgical Center. The nurses are all nice and quick. The wait has never been long and we're in and out with as minimal fuss and difficulty as possible. Very professional. Even when we've had concerns in the past they have been quick to try to understand our concern and then do their best to fix it or give us the information we need to not be concerned any more."
