"It was a horrific experience getting my MRI. I was in severe pain and needed some help to even get up on to the MRI bed. I was ordered to have 2 different MRI’s. One regular Abe one with contrast. They were both on my lower back. It was almost an hour for the first one. I was yelled at several times to hold still. By the time the first one was done, they refused to do the one with contrast. They never once told me when it was actually taking the pictures. At the least it could have been less painful being able to digit in between. But it was their choice to yell at me instead. I’ve never had an MRI or cat scan done here since. I’ve never had any bad experiences like that ever again. The tech’s were incredibly insensitive and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone get an MRI here ever!"
"Came here to obtain my MRI on CD so I can take it to my Neurologist. The MRI was performed previously at their Provo Imaging center. The staff was very friendly and burned a CD for me in about 15 minutes, despite them being really busy."
"Revere Health Imaging was very nice to work with! I was sent to get an MRI by my doctor and given the choice of AF Hospital and Revere Health. I was told the we slightly less expensive and a nicer place. Both were true. The cost was ok with me but I did call my insurance and get exactly what it would cost which was very helpful. The staff was very kind and helpful. They made accommodations with a neck problem. I would highly recommend them. Billing was good because I called them before."
