I have been working with him personally as well as bringing in my daughter, and this adaptation if clearly present between sessions and the audience he is with. This creates a level of connection that opens up the communication and allows Fred to guide us where we need to go for what our needs and concerns are. He is also extremely confident (not arrogant) and has what has to be a photographic memory being able to recall previous sessions without any notes."

"Weird experience. I met with Lindsay Tanner and the session was OK. She seemed a little put off when we discussed her education. I think she's self conscious about her online degree. I didn't care... but maybe I should have. Overall I don't think she liked me - I don't know. That's fine. But she called me weeks later to change something about billing and was... rude. Not overtly rude but it was clear she only was making the call for billing. In our meeting I had mentioned my insurance changed so I was seeking a new therapist but I'd go back to my old one if I could. I hadn't reached out since then so I assumed the call would be checking in to see if I had been able to figure things out but no, it was an extremely quick call that she cut off at the end and hung up without asking me a single question besides insurance. You're a therapist, lol. At least pretend you have people skills. I'm now being billed $5 for a "Fee Adjustment" and I'm past due. Not paying that. Like, what the heck are you guys doing calling a patient, being rude, then charging them $5 to adjust a fee? I'm not just whining because this therapist didn't ask me about my feelings over a billing call; she should find a new job if her feelings are hurt over clients testing the water."
