"We have been loyal customers for several products for over a decade!!! We called to order more goods (paper towels, soap for dispensers etc) and they said they will no longer serve us/sell to us because we don’t participate in their uniform program. We don’t need or use uniforms. So they drop people and lose more business for being jerks despite a long healthy b2b relationship. If I one day need uniforms, I’m going somewhere else!"
"If we could give ALSCO a 0, we would. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM. The contracts are super shady and the customer service is non-existent to the point where it is obvious that their only goal is to wring money from their customers while providing as little as possible in return. Our company is currently in the process of trying to terminate our contract with them - it has taken OVER A YEAR at this point, and they're still saying they don't understand why we don't want to continue with them. STAY AWAY!"
"I have used Alsco at two of my locations for over two years. When I signed with them the salesman told me I could cancel service whenever if i was not happy. NOT TRUE. Read the fine print. I was told the contract was for 24 months and this was also NOT TRUE. They have increased my prices over the years without any warning. There is a clause in the contract where as a customer one can refuse in writing any increases in prices. The service has been fine. The Delivery drivers and good. The managers are not good to work with. The rags we receive have always had a strong odor of OIL. Maybe that is fine for greasy restaurants for is not good for Bakeries. Save yourself headaches and go with other companies for your laundry needs."
"Unfortunately, after many years of buying from this company that had excellent service, they are refusing to sell us the product we need without setting up a "rental agreement." A rental agreement for what? What a pitiful way to try and extort more money from their customers. Would not recommend them anymore."
