"We had scheduled months in advance to have them watch our dog. We are suppose to be leaving tomorrow morning. We called and no answer. It almost seems like we are blocked because it goes straight to hanging up. I called last week to confirm and to have them meet our dog and she confirmed but refused to meet our dog. This puts us in a hard spot and now we are scrambling to find a dog sitter now because we are leaving tomorrow morning for Thanksgiving! We are very frustrated."
"This was my dog's first time at the groomer, so I was really nervous, but everything went wonderfully. Gary was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions. The grooming is done at his house, so it isn't like most big name groomers, but he still did a great job. The price was perfect for my limited budget. Will definitely use him again. Thank you!"
