"There was this cashier her name was Alex and man was she rude! Did not engage in conversation until I engaged in it and even then she didn't answer and just starred me down with "murder eyes" Never felt more uncomfortable at a grocery store!"
"I go here a lot. They have great products. My only complaint is the checkout situation. If you go at a busy time, you can be waiting upwards of half an hour just to reach a register. I once had only one item and had to wait for forty-five minutes to pay. Other than that, it's a great store."
"It seems like the majority of the employees, especially the cashiers, have absolutely no sense of urgency. They can clearly see the long lines and will not do anything to speed up the wait times. You can also see many other employees standing around and doing nothin to assist. I think the culture of this store is a simple staff vrs customers. It’s almost as if they want customers to stop coming in. Also, no smiles, no small talk and the long haired guy will constantly scratch his nose and other body parts, spit and be completely ignorant towards anyone else. Well, someone needs to address this because coming to this Walmart 2 or 3 years ago was always a present experience and now I often times will abandon my cart and leave due to these issues. I’ve seen others do the same."
"Woof this Walmart is BAD if you shop during rush hour. I've never had problems shopping in the morning, but the shelves were scarce and only the self checkout and one line were open with lines down the frozen isle during the evening (see attached photo). Go to Smith's or the other Walmarts nearby at night if you can help it. It's fine in the morning and afternoon though."
