"Recently moved and was looking for a nail salon. After searching online and reading reviews, I booked an appointment at Universal Nails. We were looking for someone who could do intricate nail art. Joo did not disappoint she is amazing and recreated a design my daughter had in mind. The entire staff was friendly, Michael made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. "My mother in law and I got our nails done here and were treated so well! The service was wonderful and the nails were beautiful! We both got full sets. My mother in law’s were perfect. My nails were beautiful, just a little on the thicker side - next time I’ll ask them to do it a little thinner. But my nail tech did help me customize a chrome combination. She was super patient and helpful. For me, customer service and kindness will keep me coming back."
