"I’m so disappointed in their service! I have purchased a lot of things from this store but it seems to have gone downhill. I had an order waiting to pick up. Their hours are very difficult when you are not close or work. One day I got to the store at 5:05 the doors were locked, that’s fair. Today I got there right at 5 o’clock after 40 minutes of driving in unexpected traffic, and when the worker saw me coming, she shut the door while I was on the sidewalk, locked it, and even though I knocked just to pick up my order quickly, she wouldn’t let me in. Very uncool. I understand wanting to leave on time, but not even entertaining a question when someone is 5 feet away is really unprofessional in my opinion. I’ll cancel my order and shop somewhere else from now on. There are a lot of beautiful places to shop. I would prefer to go somewhere that wants business."

"First time here! What a cute gem this place is! Ventured here with family to look for a pair of chairs for the front room. Found a couple, but a bit out of price range. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and listened to what we were looking for specifically. We had the pleasure of dealing with Regan who was super personable! She took us around the whole place discussIng our taste and specifics and offering her two cents on some furniture pieces we were looking at. She even asked us if we needed something to drink, which was a great add to her customer service skills. Def a pretty great place for home selection of different decor styles and taste. I feel like they had a few different style options and can accommodate a wide variety of people who would be looking for just the perfect piece to add to their abode."

"I attended a Christmas tree decorating event here and the whole store is full of beautiful furniture. It’s priced high but it’s quality pieces. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed walking through each room and seeing how they decorated each space. If you are shopping for a nice gift this is also a great place for that"

"Wonderful store. High quality home furnishings with unique seasonal decor. They also have interior design/decorators that provide great advice. The furniture that's for sale has a wide variety of different fabrics you can choose from. Christmas time is always fun but be there early on in the season because decorations go quickly. It helps to take a picture of the space of your home or style your looking for some as best to help the associate help you."
