"Raymond Weil watches with exchangeable bands are not easily repaired here. My battery was needing replacement. They had trouble getting the back off. They sent it to their jeweler who returned it after a few weeks with a new battery and I was happy until I discovered the band never permanently reconnected to the watch. I took it to a jeweler in California who explained the insides weren’t replaced properly. He was going to send it to Raymond Weil for repair but was able to repair it himself. I paid for a lifetime battery replacement but I won’t be doing that here again."

Each of the employees (I worked with three different wonderful women) went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. They were able to assess the repairs needed for my wedding set, have them repaired, and returned my rings without delay. They were understanding when my bank card wouldn't read (faulty chip) and reassured me as they entered the numbers manually. All’s well that ends well-only because the staff at Tipton’s are dedicated professionals who give AMAZING customer service. They are the only jewelers I’ll use from now on."
