"Just in the store, selena was the cashier.. extremely rude.. she definitely hates her job. I guess this store hires anybody, no customer service at all. I spoke with the manager, that was even worse. Asked for area manager or someone higher then her she hung up. This isn't over. Hopefully who ever reads this will reach out.. if not I'll keep leaving bad reviews"
"This was an okay store. It is a smaller Burlington. The racks were a little full where you really couldn't look. Employees were working in certain aisles and would pick and choose which customers they wanted to be in the area. Rearranging store shelves while people want to shop and look around is not a great idea. They had some great deals on things and other things not so much. Customer service could always be better."
"Went in today for their soft opening. It was smaller than any Burlington I’ve ever been inside but yet kinda already figured it would be. They have great merchandise though! I am happy that they came into town and I’ll take this anytime than not having one. It was well organized and staff was helpful!"
