"It's unfortunate when a business gets a bad review they immediately want to slam the customer and not take responsibility for their part. I had repairs done by them months ago on bracelets that I very rarely wear. They broke again and I asked if they warranty their work. They asked me when I had them fixed. I said several months ago. I was told no. Never once did I say they did the work recently, as they accused me of. My bracelets were not extremely worn, as they implied. Two of them had not been worn in a few years. None of them were rope chains as they implied either. Since you are so curious, I brought the 2 in to be repaired that had been not worn in years after my other one broke. I actual forgot I had them since I hadn't worn them in so long. You repaired 3 for me, not 4. First you claimed it was in September, which was 4 months ago, then you claimed it was nine months ago. Get your story right. I take very good care of all of my jewelry so you can stop all your false accusations and try being better business people who care more about your customers and your quality of work than your ego. Because my next step is to report you to the Better Business Bureau."

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had so polite and kind I was kind of impatient and called a few times they always picked up and we're very nice and understanding. i took my ring in Friday it was done by Tuesday.
