"Was ready to buy a pair of Oakleys.. stood by the glasses case for 15 minutes just to be ignored by 3 employees (who clearly saw me needing assistance..) left.. purchased my Oakleys elsewhere."

"Nice place, lots of things to see here. Only issue is online stock DOES NOT match in store stock. Call ahead to verify, online said out of stock so I called and they had the item in stock."

"Great place to go midday- but good luck finding someone in the evening. We had a good time looking at stuff and the gentlemen behind the gun counter seemed nice enough. However, I went to the restroom and got yelled at by the custodian before I walked in yelling “CLOSED CLOSED CLOSED” I said “okay, do you have a family restroom?” And he said “NO CLOSED” it was kind of scary. But we still love shopping here. Gotta leave to go to the bathroom though lol. I mean who cleans the bathroom at noon? When they’re most busy? Kinda weirrrrd."

"Something is definitely wrong with their credit card machine. Sat there for 30 minutes told us that our card was the problem although, we went to target and the card worked just fine."

"Don’t waste your time using the online ordering for in store pick up. They never update their inventory, three times I have wasted my time driving to the store to pickup what I ordered only to be told “sorry we are out of stock and cancelled your order”. Well they didn’t cancel it until I came in to pick it up because they hadn’t even picked the order yet when I arrived. So I had to wait in line to be told to wait up front another ten minutes only to be told they didn’t have it. Extremely frustrating and waste of my time and gasoline. Academy what are you going to do to make that up to me?"
