Papa Johns Pizza

"I walked in tonight around 5:30 and there were three workers at the front and one trying to help a door dash guy. The three workers looked right at me and didn't bother to help me. Josh, who was helping the door dash guy asked me if I'd been helped and then he went to look for my pizza. One of the workers started yelling "Josh the delivery isn't ready yet stop looking" and Josh said "I'm helping people upfront" and then the other worker replied "it's not ready yet" Josh said "there's people upfront who need to be helped" Josh was getting yelled at for doing his job! Josh got my pizza for me and then the other workers bothered to ask for my name. Josh was super helpful and the only one at the front actually doing their job. I hate that he was getting yelled at for doing his job."

"I ordered online for carryout, it took me about 20 minutes to get there. The second that I got there, I was received with a "we'll be right with you", not even 5 seconds later, another employee came and asked me for my order, turned around, got my order and gave it to me. The friendliness was awesome and customer service was great. Awesome job!"

"Burnt pizza, not good, never had this experience before with papa John’s! Oh, and pizzas were not cut at all!"

"Whoever owns Papa John's in Layton has the rudest, most awful workers there ever. They totally botched my order and when I called to tell them that the manager blasted me for it. He said it was on me for not ordering correctly and I needed to order better. He also said he could only give me a free pizza to fix a 40$ order. He told me he would not fix my order nor remake it. Also he said since they were closing they wouldn't help me. I wasted almost $40 in money to a pizza place that is a total joke. Stay away from the Papa John's at all costs. Their workers are a joke and the manager tonight needs to be fired or retrained or something. I also put this on every social media platform possible so I hope this store gets shut down ASAP"

"I ordered a veggie thin crust and they missed half the pizza with the toppings. I would say a quarter of the pizza didn’t have cheese on it. On the Hawaiian I ordered it with extra cheese and meat and pineapple and it arrived as a standard one nothing extra at all. And Still missing cheese in places. I can get better quality at little Caesar’s and more toppers for a quarter of the cost. These two pizzas were over 40$ and by far the worst I have ever got at papa John’s. I tried calling twice today no answer on the phone but I want a complete refunds."
