Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"I wish I would have caught our servers name because I can truly say she was the best server we have ever had!!! She was kind and so so helpful and attentive. She anticipated everything. She was sweet with kids and made special drinks (Dr Pepper with cream) and made sure we liked the taste before leaving. She kept the bread sticks coming. She always had a smile and although busy she 100% gave us her full attention."

"Person up front was very friendly and they had a person seat us. I noticed that as others where seated they were being asked if they are celebrating anything tonight. This was never asked to us as we were taken to our table. It was our 5th year wedding Anniversary. Also having a couple seated at a table for 4 was pretty uncomfortable. I was going to ask for a booth but I noticed another couple asking for a booth and they were met with an audible Sigh and a very mean look. So I didn't. (There were several open booths) Our waiter came and took our drink order and didn't return for several minutes. Then he took our food order. Our food arrived in a timely fashion. However once our food arrived our waiter disappeared. There where waitress and waiters walking around all over helping customers as ours was just gone. At this point I didn't really feel welcomed and decided to just pay. Our waiter finally showed back up and my drink has been empty by now for 10 minutes. He asked if I wanted more to drink and I obviously said no as I probably wouldn't see him for another 15 minutes. So I paid, left the minimal 15%. He came with the boxes for our food we didn't finish because we didn't want to be there any longer. Kinda put a strange feeling on the rest of the day. Food was always amazing. But we didn't feel welcomed at all."

"The food was good but they were super understaffed. We waited over an hour to be seated then waited forever for the waiter to come to our table. We ended up just ordering what we could from the tablet on the table."

"Haven't been to Olive Garden in quite a while. Arrived right at 11:00am when the restaurant opened. Seated immediately and given a personable waitress who is a young Weber State student. Husband ordered Create Your Own with angel hair, five cheese marinara sauce, Italian sausage instead of meatballs that he would usually order, and he was happy with his choices. For the first time, I ordered the 6-oz. sirloin steak, well seasoned, with fettuccine Alfredo that was very good and just enough pasta. Soup, pasta e fagioli for husband and minestrone for me, were both good and, of course, bread sticks that were good because they were fresh from the oven. Not a cheap meal but filling and good tasting."
