"Ordered delivery and the food here was awful, I ordered a steak medium rare and it was overdone and looked boiled all the juices were cooked completely out of the steak and it was all gristle and fat , I couldn’t even chew it so I ended up giving it to my dog . The side broccoli was seasoned well . My daughter ordered a burger and her burger was burnt and was all charcoal texture . The burger came with a house salad that was loaded with onions and came in a tiny container made for soup so it was hard to eat it or stir it without the salad spilling out all over . The fries were good but it’s really hard to mess up fries . I have always liked chilis at other locations but this particular location I do not like the cooking at all . The delivery order was placed nicely in the box and they included ketchup but did forget utensils or any napkins so would be best to request some if you order delivery. This is the second time I’ve had bad tasting food from this location and will not be ordering from here again ."

"Chilis is one of our go to places to eat simply due to the fact that the food is pretty good and it is reasonable price wise. Layton location usually doesn’t have a huge wait. I always get the honey chipotle crispers and my wife goes for the fajitas. Pretty good food we both eat with a drink for about 40 bucks with a tip. Not bad for a pretty quick place with decent food and pretty good service most of the time"

"Alright so I will start off with this was a visit to complete our “nostalgic dining” tour of stuff we ate in college because we could afford it and wanted to see how it compares as an adult. Our expectations were low. The drinks were great and our server was so wonderful hence the 2 stars. I’d come back for the chips, queso, salsa, and drinks. the brisket quesadilla had so much BBQ sauce, I didn’t even finish 1/2 of it. The CBR quesadilla was definitely edible and tasted exactly as I remembered to be honest. Nothing amazing. The honey chipotle chicken crispers were okay. the chicken inside was super dry but I liked the external flavor haha. Egg rolls are nasty. Mini sliders were better than egg rolls worse than chicken. also, they couldn’t serve the chilis happy hour specialty drink of the month because it has too much alcohol in it for Utah so that is unfortunate but that’s what happens living here. I’d go back for queso and drinks and maybe try a different chicken crisper if I got desperate."

"Took a while for our server to take our order. Didn't ever bring napkins or a straw. I asked to get my chips and salsa topped off but that didn't happen even though the server days they would. Did bring my daughter a full to go cup for her drink."

"It has been a while since I have been to Chili's. I am not sure if quality has gone down so I am.jyst used to eating so many chips and salsa I didn't notice before. My quesedilla explosion salad was weak. A little bit of iceberg lettuce with corn and straps on it. The grilled chicken didn't look grilled at all. They did melt a little cheese on top to hide the fact there was not much on the salad. The tiny quesedilla's looked like they had been microwaved and had no flavor. I was so disappointed. We got there at Sunset and we're seated at a table with the sun shining in our eyes. They were not happy that we wanted to switch tables so they put us back by the kitchen (passed several open tables) in the corner that had a spotlight shining in our eyes. I was so disappointed that they didn't care to make us happy with our seating. I am also not a fan about the fact that after you make an order you never see the waiter again because different people all bring out food. Since we were seated by the kitchen we got to watch all the employees stand around and chat (some not so great language). I used to love, love Chili's but I may not be coming back."
