"Always packed, so I feel like by the time I sit down my soup is cold because it has just been sitting there waiting for me to check out. But it is good, fresh food. Just don’t want cold soup that has been breathed on by other customers."
"They mixed our salad up and started to give it to the person in front of us. They weren't even the same salad. Everyone's orders were all just shoved together, mixing them up. Chicken noodle was too salty. Sandwich and salad were tasty. Those who made the food were polite. The cashier was polite but also wasn't listening so she asked us the same question twice. Restaurant as messy. Over 8 tables had dishes and trash because the trash can was overflowing."
"Sandwich had very brown, old avocado. Tasted bad enough I couldn't eat more than a couple bites. The paper the sandwich was wrapped in was literally tucked INTO the middle of the sandwich, so it had melted cheese and mustard on it and it's pretty gross to have to peel the wrapper off of the middle of your sandwich. Also, all of the chocolate on the strawberries was warm melted goo that slid off the strawberries and pools in the bag. The staff at Layton clearly does not care one bit about cleanliness, quality, or their customers. Very disappointed."
"I drove past Cafe Zupas fairly often on my daily commutes, but one night, I stopped in with my wife and dined in. I got the Lobster Bisque, and my wife got a sandwich. The bisque was absolutely fantastic and so was the sandwich. We didn't get any desert, but the staff had put some small treats on our tray, and it really sealed the deal. Cafe Zupas has great customer service and good food. Be sure to stop by for a chill dining session."
