"I was totally against moving into these apartments and my guy instinct never lies!!! I asked multiple occasions, if there was a big problem, if there was a roach problem, flea problem, any type of bug issue, along with other inquiries. And was told NO repeatedly. I am going to give 1 opportunity to make this issue right. Right enough that I can sleep peacefully at night. ... I've called the office no answer. and I thank God I came by the apartment to do any pre cleaning bc I knew it was going to be a disaster."

"I would love for there to be a rating less than 1 star, my experience was catastrophic, horrible. I don't know why I thought it could be a good thing. Everything started badly, they did not allow me to take a look at the apartment before handing it over to me, the day I was given the keys and I entered, it was totally dirty, many dead and live cockroaches, describing the number of cockroaches in this building is incredible, when I went to the reception to present the case, I understood that I had made a big mistake when renting in this place, the blinds were damaged and they only gave me a sheet to put everything that was damaged, I put everything that did not work there and they did not nothing, the carpet on the floor and stairs was loose, and they didn't do anything either, I fell down the stairs because the carpet was very loose. The issue of cockroaches was extreme and for the first 3 months they took me for a fool, they said it was a lie and they treated me with a lot of arrogance and mockery. On occasions the cockroaches fell from the ceiling while I was sleeping and it was horrible. My daughter was very afraid of them. At dawn she cried because the cockroaches fell on her face. it was all very extreme. When I left there they kept the deposit, due to the damage that was already in place when I arrived. it was a terrifying experience."
