"They are remodeling apartments here and the newer ones are really nice, I like the secluded area also BUT the residents here are loud and obnoxious. Not a good place for kids when there’s yelling and cussing all day. But this is typical for income based housing. I would say this is one of the nicer income based places in Tulsa. Also management never answers the phone."
"A really good community a lot of people there are friends and help each other out and hangout outside sometimes haves cookouts and get togethers a nice place if your starting out and but not for a permanent place to live"
"This place could be nice but if staff doesn't care about the residents then the residents will stop caring. Me, on the other hand, I like where I live to be nice no matter what staff does or doesn't do! Sad and shameful because the apartments are nice. With some TLC they could be good government housing. Just because people need help to live doesn't mean they don't deserve to live in a clean, roach free environment, where the plumbing works correctly. The people that don't want that, get rid of them! Staff or residents!"
"Too many people doing dumb things in these apartments. Families can’t feel safe without people shooting all the time during anytime of the day. It’s not a place to raise kids. My kids do not play outside at all. It’s scary. Police aren’t enough. More cameras and security is needed before someone else gets shot again. Police do not respond quickly at all either. Half the camera don’t work just the few by the office. New carpet is needed as well."
"This place is disgusting. So many issues that I can't even begin to say. Bed bugs, roaches, cars being broken into, people throwing eggs at your windows, people doing drugs right on the front porch. I am so glad I'm away from this place. The office ladies are nice but nobody is to worried about getting issues taken care of fast around there. People blare music to the top until 3 in the morning. Drunks walking around there, people fist fighting right by your apartment. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. The apartments are terrible inside. The carpets are DISGUSTING! Very unsafe environment."
