"I am one of many that would leave less than one star. The cockroaches, mice and leaks should be enough to not wanna move here. It’s the rude unprofessional demeanor of the lady that runs the office that put the icing on the cake for me. She thinks she is the warden of a prison the way she treats people with simple complaints. I threw away all my clothes because of a leak that steamed out my apartment and it was entered into the portal. The queen of cockroaches told me she is going to tack on extra money because of a 60 day notice that we gave her 60 days before that. I asked to talk with someone who actually is in charge and she refused. Cym living is a joke and if you’re thinking about renting while they own it I would think twice. "Rats, roaches, mold, horrible management- this place has it all. I wish I could leave negative stars. Since CYM living bought this complex working with staff has been horrendous. The leak in our shower proceeded to get worse instead of fixing it they doubled our water bill. We put in several maintenance request and the issue was never fixed. It wasn’t until I went into the office and had to tell them verbally that the leak was worse and causing mold to grow and that rent wouldn’t be paid unless this issue was fixed that they started the repair. It took them a whole week to start the repair. Even after all of this, they never finished the repair nor cleaned the mold. The left the plastic and duct tape as the only thing stopping water from entering the closet - the painted over the mold The never fixed the leak in the ac. Maria in the office refuses to put us in contact with anyone besides her. She hangs up when I try to call and lacks empathy for the frustration of a year long problem. The roaches & mice never went away even when we stopped keeping food in the kitchen. Other tenants complained of unhelpful staff and were speaking to lawyers about the situation. They will try to tack on any fee they can without even maintaining the standard of living for the apartment."

"As a first time buyer I have to say it feels great to have the staff we will be dealing with. The understandably of the staff has really allowed me to know I will be in good hands. I also have one particular person who has made this process very easy and as less stressful as possible. I want to say thank you to the staff and specifically thank you too Nou. Without her we never would have had the thought nor the idea we could buy a unit as first time buyers. She has assured us several times it's okay if anything this shows how much the staff and management care for their tenants. Their is also a beautiful courtyard and a place for the dogs to play and use the rest room. They are also cat friendly too and it shows they care for the animals by having a proper place for them. Thank you to crossings as well as the amazing staff and management for giving my girlfriend and I a chance to start our lives!!!!"
