"The office manager elva has an attitude about doing her job. Maintenance is horrible they allow ppl in your apartment without notice and then lie and say it was an emergency. On a plus side, it is very close to the highway, but you get what you pay for Lance Garrison from corporate it's a awesome guy to deal with. I appreciate the fast response"

"We lived here for 3 years. Throughout our time here we paid our rent on time and when we left we left our apartment in clean good condition and paid for the whole month even though we left early. Overall our experience was about what you'd expect for lower price apartments. It was evident that the Management Company, which is based in Canada was making efforts to improve things slowly. When we left I went and got Carlos, the Apartment Manager, to do a walk through. He signed our walk-through page and promised they'd get our security deposit back to us with only standard deductions for pets etc. We even changed the blinds at our own expense and left it as clean as possible. That was May of 2018. It's August now and we have heard nothing. We left our forwarding address. Apparently, because we were moving to Canada, they decided they could just keep the security deposit and not contact us at all. They are required to contact us with any claims against our security deposit or to return it. They have done nothing on this. They have my address, my email and phone number. No communication at all. I can't recommend this apartment complex at all or Gold Wynn, the management company based in Toronto,. If you live here or stay here, be aware that they appear not to care about basic laws regarding Security Deposits or the LandLord Tenant Act. They are predatory at worst or negligent at best and will keep your Security Deposit illegally."

"The worst apartments ever. My sister has lived in the apartments for a few year because of the low price but the staff and the services the offer are horrible. The manager doesn't care about its residents. My sister when she moved in the didn't replace the carpet like they are supposed to. The toilet in the bathroom is messed up and they refuse to fix anything and the wall in the shower has mold all over it. Then one day the apartment above my sister's flooded and they refused to replace the carpet she had to put kids plastic tiles down so they would have to touch the floor. They never fix anything and constantly put the blame on their residents. They need new management and a whole up do to everyone's apartments!"
