"These apartments have continous leaks and water problems. The water is shut off almost every other day to fix a water issue. The water heaters are outside, So in the winter your pipes will freeze and will not have any water. They tried installing heat lamps but the heat lamps are a magnet for roaches ! Don't move here if you don't want to deal with Mold and water issues. Your things will get ruined . Renters insurance will not cover it unless you pay a 500 deductible. These apartments are a money pit !"

"This is the worst apartment I have lived in. Management is terrible and they are extremely rude. Good luck trying to get in touch with them, they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Maintenance requests either take forever, they don’t respond, or they show up and don’t actually fix the problem. This place is CRAWLING with roaches and bugs. I had them spray my apartment numerous times and the issue was never resolved. My AC never cooled my apartment down. At one point in the summer it was over 80° and they changed an air filtered and called it good. I had to go above them on multiple occasions to the corporate office, and the problem was easily fixed. The people in the leasing office either don’t know how to do their job or are lazy. I’ve quite literally never written a review on anything before, but this place was a nightmare. Do not live here, there’s other cheaper options in Tulsa available. EDIT: I am fully aware of how maintenance requests work. During the summer I put in multiple requests to fix my AC, it was 80° or over numerous times. They marked the request as completed and never showed up to fix or even check on anything."

"This has been my first apartment on my own. Been here for about 5 months and I am genuinely glad that I picked this place. The staff is very nice, helpful and responsive. I have a tough time getting the phone to answer at times but i am within short walking distance to the office so i don’t mind. As expected some roaches will pop up here and there which is pretty typical considering my parents are landords and deal with this problem even considering they keep on top of it and keep there properties in good standing order and very clean. Its just a downside to apartments due to a number of factors: mainly that near by neighbors may be providing an environment for infestations to occour and be maintained and roaches will roam and come from near by untits that are dirty. Thats not the complexes fault. Roaches will go to the near by units looking for trouble. You just have to keep the place clean and have it sprayed regularly. Which the staff have been very helpful in doing so. I have had zero issues with them. They are very helpful and understanding. My untit was revamped with new carpet, wood floors, countertops, walls, etc. which is very nice and not what I anticipated moving in. They have great amenities. They provide a laundry facility, a nice outdoor area where you can play basketball ball, swim etc. I am not sure why i see such negative reviews talking so harshly. All i can guess is that they used to be a lot worse and they have improved things."

"Wow !!!! Look at this if you want an apartment. I’ve been here since march. If you are looking for an apartment that when you wake up in the morning and has poop water all over the floor this is the apartment for you !! Yes at least once or every two months you get flooded with poop water coming from under the toilet!! If you like take off of work to clean your whole apartment because maintenance will never call you back this is the place for you !! If you like to go to the main office and they have no idea that the place floods all the time then you are at the right place !! If need maintenance to call you back or even fix the problem then this is the place for you !! If you want to call your insurance company every month for damages then this is the place for you !!! If you like living with mold and poop water on the floor that kills the cockroach’s this place is for you !! If you like taking off of work and not getting paid to mop up over 3 gallons of poop water this is definitely your place !!! I’ve left several messages to maintenance since 6:30 am and nobody has called back. The guy in the office is dumbfounded and is like oh someone will be there later. Has no idea when. So I’m left to mopping all this up and cleaning all this by myself. And then they want you to turn it in on your insurance lol. Good luck !!"
