"Never have I seen an apartment complex that is so broken. The lowest of people live in this area. Extreme poverty! I volunteered for the PAWS program for donated animal food for tenants and got robbed there. It saddens me that people don't respect people volunteering there time to help their neighbors receive items that are gifted to them. These apartments need to be torn down and remodeled or something needs to change. This apartment complex has many tenants with acts of violence, burglary, and much more. I would recommend something out in the West side it is improving much more rapidly."

"Well I've a tenant for 5 years The previous Office and maintenance we seen often working on the grounds Sharon cleaned it up nicely This last year I no longer feel save who are the staff or maintenance no lighting door ways dangerous neighbors moved out along time ago there apartment now is Motel service for countless strangers cameras never work no security management banged on door only my building 10 at night about some vehicle I have no clue about then a security guard I've never seen had my car towed off the next day 250 $ to pick up my vehicle spend lots of money on bug spray yet 13 hour notice to have a strange men come to spray no way then get charged 50 $ for not compiling paper work another story suspicious not safe for women .Sharon would have she or a female would accompany unknown men on grounds .Time for me to be on my way ."

"Really not a good place to stay at, last option for me was this place. Mice running around outside of apartments and inside I’ve caught about more than 20 in less than a year. Roach infested as well. My apartment was inspected and needed work the did the paperwork no one ever showed up to fix any of it. Paperwork is forged with different dates. Maintenance guy down stairs always fighting with wife and crying banging on windows outside. If I could post the video of it I would. Landon is his name and complained about my 3month old baby because he cries to much. Lady friend always high on something very disoriented, and I’m the one being evicted. Office people are rude they make you feel as if they are helping but they really aren’t."

"I've been here for a year & while no place is crime free or perfect, I have no complaints about maintenance or management's professionalism. Maintenance has always responded quickly & management has always been friendly and professional. My only complaint is when I get letters about the front of the apartment looking trashy & I have been the only one who cleans it up. I'm not even the one trashing it. Otherwise it is a great place to live if you treat everyone with respect."
