"My first one star review. Unqualified, unprofessional and rude office staff. I received an eviction notice because my (now in doggy heaven) 2.8lb tiny, old dog was not on a leash. I take the leash off in the grass, he would poop, I pick it up, put him back on the leash. Eviction notice./ Then I get a notice that I have “patio lights!” Exclamation ❗️ Will someone drive around and view patio lights throughout the property. I’d really like to find out what the motive is for being so unnecessarily aggressive."

"When I moved out, I got three different emails showing how much I owed. The first one stated I owed 240 dollars, then a few days later they sent a “revised” statement that stated I owed them over 400 dollars, then a few days after that over 900 dollars. They didn’t show or honor my deposits when I paid them, and are trying to say their low grade carpet is worth 900 dollars. Do not recommend, will absolutely rip you off when you leave. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. I’ve never had this kind of issue moving out of a complex. After I paid the 900 dollars in full over a 6 month payment plan, which I paid off in 5, I received a collections letter for what I had already paid. I’m not sure what the issue is, but save yourself from this headache. They’re saying I still owed them 154 dollars, but sent 306 dollars to collections. Worst experience I’ve had."

"The office staff is absolutely amazing. They’ve been very kind very helpful. Maintenance has went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it when I first moved in. I’m very pleased and happy with my home, that’s right home Because it feels like a home not an apartment."

"Horrible, shady & extremely un-desirable management. I broke my 1 year lease early because they did not like the fact that I'm a single mother and the fact that my middle son was there on a daily basis. He did not live there but stayed over frequently. They accused him of LIVING with me. He's my flesh and BLOOD ?? After so long, I just decided to add him onto my lease due to MULTIPLE threats of eviction from Angelica. She refused him for criminal history. I knew right then, and there she was lying through her teeth because he had ZERO criminal history (we sent proof). Once we brought that up, she THEN told us it was due to his credit history. Staff is a complete joke, parking is a joke, walkways and pathways are always flooded and dirty. And people constantly sneak into the entrance gates. BTW, luxury apartments have split refrigerators and hard counter tops. Not painted wood counters and cheap appliances. This place is NOT LUXURY living. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Angelica, if you're reading this shame on you."

"Very pleased with our renting Crown Chase, having seen about a dozen or so properties in Tulsa. Pros Wonderful location - convenient to shops, grocery, highway. Office staff are delightful and helpful. Maintenance staff have been quick to the job with little delays. Cons People sneak in behind others at all gates. When it rains, the paths are muddy and water pools on the pathways. Even though the apartments were built in 1995, they are generally in good condition. Some things need to be fixed, but everything is generally in good order."
