"I do not live here but silly me threw my keys away while throwing my daughters trash away and the maintenance guy came and went through the compactor for me to find them! The office staff were very helpful and nice when I called to them know what I did. That’s the kind of place you want to call home. Thank you!!"
"My experience here for the past three years has been very good. It is apartment living, so there will be noise, but for the most part, people are very friendly and respectful. Management, the office crew, and maintenance do take pride in their work to help their tenants' needs. I've experience their service and was satisfied in their work. I love the veggie garden, a selling point in my decision to rent. I recommend Riverbend Apartments."
"Signed papers for my apartment, got everything ready for my move- in date. Lights, renters insurance, etc all for them to tell me that the person who was moving out decided to stay and that I basically don’t have an apt and next availability wasn’t until November. It’s in their lease so beware of that and I’m not the first person they’ve done it too. I didn’t go for the November availability because they could do that again and I don’t want to put my bets on uncertainty. Good community but who knows what other stunt they may try to pull during your stay."
"I lived here through the year of 2020, and would recommend it for your basic apartment needs. I felt safe here, there was minimal noise, the pool & gym are nice, and I didn't have problems. The maintenance team was always quick to get to me if I had an issue, and the staff were pleasant to work with. I also got to garden in the space right in front of my door which was a bonus. It was great when I needed an inexpensive cozy place to live!"
